I will accompany you, together with your gynecologist, throughout your pregnancy, whether it is a normal pregnancy or a high-risk pregnancy. I will take time for you and your concerns to make this wonderful journey as beautiful as possible.
Acupuncture during pregnancy and postpartum
Acupuncture is a risk-free and effective method for alleviating minor discomforts during pregnancy or the postpartum period. It has proven very effective as preparation for childbirth.
Private childbirth preparation courses
Good preparation is essential for a successful birth. I will dedicate approximately three hours to you and your partner to discuss the birthing process, breathing exercises, positions, and of course, answer all your questions.
Postpartum care
“The health insurance covers 10 visits after the birth, or 16 in the case of a first child, twins, a C-section, or a premature birth.
I will support you competently and lovingly during this sensitive period. It is important to me that the care is tailored to your wishes and needs.”
Taping in Pregnancy and postpartum
“K-Taping can be used safely as support for pregnancy-related discomfort, as birth preparation, or to help initiate labor. It can also be very helpful during the postpartum period for issues such as milk engorgement, back pain, and other complaints.”
Elterntreff
In a relaxed atmosphere with coffee, tea, and small snacks, you can connect with other parents, share experiences, and make new contacts.
